Your journey with PatentPia, based on the utilization of global technology big data.

Collaboration utilizing PatentPia's
big data assets, with proposals for sales or investment opportunities

We would greatly appreciate receiving proposals for a win-win collaboration utilizing PatentPia's data and technology assets.

Proposal Background and Details

As of 2025, Gwanggaeto Research Institute finds itself unable to sustain its mission and business goals independently without partnerships or investment,
due to a significant lack of effort, talent, resources, and management capacity—along with strategic missteps and poor decision-making—in contrast to the scale of its vision to accelerate the global reallocation of technology innovation assets

PatentPia Inc. holds a unique combination of big data assets and enabling technologies designed to realize our long-term vision.
We are seeking strategic partners—individuals and organizations with innovative ideas, operational capabilities, assets, or capital—to co-create value and begin cultivating new market opportunities, starting from a focused, scalable approach.

Our proposal is particularly relevant to

Data and consulting firms with an existing customer base

Investors interested in early-stage innovation

Entrepreneurs looking to build with strategic support and real assets

If you share our vision and strategic worldview, we invite you to explore a collaborative path forward

The Lesson from Wikipedia: Independence

www.wikipedia.com was originally launched as a heavily funded and time-intensive online encyclopedia project, yet it failed to achieve commercial success. Rather than shutting down, its creators made a bold pivot by launching wikipedia.org—a nonprofit alternative. The early growth of wikipedia.org was significantly fueled by synergy with Google search and a collaborative relationship with the company.

Wikipedia not only fulfilled its founder's vision of an online encyclopedia, but over time it has evolved into a global platform for the sharing and dissemination of knowledge, now widely regarded as a shared asset of humanity.

One of the key lessons Wikipedia offers is this: A founder’s vision and worldview can transcend the boundaries of their original business model—and even operate independently of it. At PatentPia, we maintain an open stance regarding the use of our big data assets. We always welcome your proposals on how our big data can be utilized to create value.

PatentPia’s Positioning: A Willing Participant

PatentPia Inc. seeks to realize its worldview and vision together with partner companies, individuals, and organizations—even if they share only part of that vision. We hope to connect and merge our worldview with that of our partners, expanding it into a broader and more valuable shared vision.

We are open to discussions on a wide range of data-driven business opportunities, including those based on patent, academic paper, and software data, either as standalone resources or integrated with other data sources. We aim to co-develop and bring these opportunities to life through collaboration.

We believe that as long as we can contribute to realizing a meaningful vision, PatentPia is willing to participate without taking a leadership role—positioning ourselves as a committed collaborator, not necessarily a leader.

Companies/People/Organizations we want to collaborate with:

Companies like PatSnap that extract new value (such as EUREKA, Discovery, etc.) from technology big data like patents and research papers, and want to expand their innovative services.

Organizations like Lens.org that have a clear philosophy and contribute to the global R&D community, with people serving that organization.

Companies like LinkedIn that have realized human mobility on a global scale.

Companies like SoftBank that are interested in technological innovations happening on a global scale, not just in specific regions.

Companies/people/organizations that are interested in technology innovation data such as patents, research papers, and software, or in connecting and integrating this data with other data to create new businesses.

In the 20th century, we lived in a “money poor” era, but in the 21st century, we have entered a “money rich” era. PatentPia wants to walk alongside companies/people/organizations that believe that assets with volatility and risk, such as technological innovation assets, will be chosen by money in this new era.

Topics we'd like to discuss first: Enabling research/technical workforce mobility business

Traditionally, research or technical workers have been less mobile than other roles.

As the global business environment becomes more volatile, companies are rebalancing their business portfolios more frequently. People in research or technical occupations are the biggest victim category when companies rebalance their business areas (e.g., someone who used to sell displays can sell solar cells, but a technical person who used to research displays can't research solar cells).

There is a low but significant number of research/technical people on LinkedIn. LinkedIn's personal profile data is generated by users themselves, and while it may be accurate, it is not objective

Systematic comparative/analytical information about research/technical people, using objective data from the technical world - patent(/paper) data - is expected to contribute to research/technical people's salaries, incentives, promotions, and job transfers.

Objective comparative/analytical data is expected to minimize friction in the negotiation and decision-making process.

This worldview and vision is not limited to patent/publication data or to research and technical personnel.
